Utility Payments are processed by Stripe (payment gateway). As the payment form is hosted on a secure web server and processed securely by Stripe, your card information is not stored or viewable by us. Your payment will be charged a service fee to recover the cost of accepting credit cards. The service fee is between 2 (two) and 4 (four) percent of the transaction depending on your card type and the amount. You may pay with a check, money order, or cash at Town Hall without any convenience fee being added to your payment.
